Terms & Conditions

General

We’re updating our terms and conditions effective 01 January 2025 to clarify our service to you; they are applicable to all customers/clients unless an active Service Level Agreement (SLA) with TuxBoy is in place.

Business Hours & Holidays

Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm MST.

TuxBoy is closed during the following US holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Hourly Rate During Non-Business Hours

The hourly rate outside of business hours is a minimum of 150% of the hourly rate during business hours.

Billing

In-person (on site) work will be billed at a minimum of 1 hour; additional billable hours are rounded to the nearest quarter hour. For travel to locations outside the 15 mile radius from the TuxBoy office, an additional fee for travel time may apply.

Minimum billable hours for remote work is 15 minutes; additional billable hours are rounded to the nearest quarter hour.

Late Fees

Effective 01 January 2024, all invoiced amounts 30 days past due will be subject to a 1.5% late fee of the balance due; invoiced amounts 60 days past due will be subject to a 3.0% late fee of the balance due.

After 60 days, any outstanding balance will continue to be billed monthly and may result in the termination of Services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
