Just-in-time Collateral

Let’s say you have an upcoming event where you need a few hundred brochures for a new product. But neither the product nor the content has been formally approved. What to do???

TuxBoy can help by creating templates that serve as interim collateral while your product and its content are being finalized. The templates are designed to be printed on a standard color laser printer in limited quantities, like these were for an upcoming major trade show and a meeting with a new client:

IT Services

For one client, we connected a Lexmark MC3224 All-In-One printer to their DropBox account giving them access to scanned files on their computer. For another client, we provided seamless access to a Google Drive account from their Brother MFC-L3770 All-In-One printer for scanned files.

For a client with a large house, we configured a Netgear router with DD-WRT firmware as an Access Point to extend the range of their Motorola modem/router. We also added two layers of security for stronger protection.

In many cases, the IT Service offering is just basic troubleshooting, like reinstalling a printer driver after a client’s upgrade to Windows 10, or configuring an email application with a new email address. And sometimes it’s a simple matter of a switch in the wrong position (Really!).
